visual distractions is a visual effects studio located in Hamburg, Germany.

Founded in 2006, the company comprises visual effects artists with extensive experience in feature films and commercials for the German as well as the international market.

 

visual distractions specializes in producing high-end visual effects, be it digital or in-camera. We also have the capacity to see a project through: from concept to final picture. Ki...ki...kikaninchen!!

We recently finished 3d character development and animation totalling about 5.5 minutes in 3 pilot episodes of Ki.Ka's new star. Additionally, we provided compositing and on-set supervision for our client MotionWorks, on this live action - 3d combination project. Our two animators on the project reached their peak by producing 2.5 minutes of character animation within 2 weeks. Phew! Hats off to them and good luck to Kikaninchen on his television debut!
